Uday Kumar Paul, hailing from Bengaluru, India, has been practicing as a Registered Nurse since 2022 in the private healthcare sector. Alongside his nursing career, he is deeply involved in community service through active participation in Rotaract. Beginning his journey in 2019, he has held various leadership positions, including Vice President (RY 2019-2020) and President (RY 2020-2022) at the Rotaract Club of Government College Of Nursing, RID 3190. Currently, Uday is a member of the Rotaract Club of Swarna Bengaluru (RID 3192), sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bangalore, India. His leadership journey commenced during his college years, where he served as the Charter President of Student Nurses Association from April 2021 to January 2022.
 
Uday is fervently enthusiastic about connecting and engaging with nurses who have shared interests, which led him to join GNMRC. He is always receptive to any opportunities to effect change. Uday perceives GNMRC as the ideal environment to participate in and catalyze personal and professional transformation.
