Highly qualified skilled Public Health Program Manager with 19 years of extensive experience especially in Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, and Adolescent Health.

Expertise in health service capacity-building programs. Demonstrated experience and leadership in the coordination of internationally funded programs, PEPFAR, Ministry of Health, Tanzania, Department of Health Western Australia, Sierre Leone Health Services administration and management program planning, developing, monitoring, and evaluation research.

Proven track record in the delivery of positive health outcomes at national and international levels. Sally has been a Rotarian for many years and transferred from her RC in Tanzania to join the GNMRC in 2021.
