Joanne Kay Pabinguit

BSN RN

Joanne, a compassionate and dedicated individual, embarked on her journey in the field of nursing with a graduation year in 2007. Despite obtaining her nursing degree, she made the selfless decision to prioritize her family's needs over pursuing her professional aspirations at that time.

In the subsequent years, Joanne found herself working in the private sector, contributing to various roles to support her family. It was during this period of professional engagement that she developed a deep-seated passion for caring for the sick and those in need.

The turning point in Joanne's career occurred during the challenging times of the pandemic in 2020. Fueled by a renewed sense of purpose and determination, she decided to revisit her dream of becoming a licensed nurse. Joanne successfully passed the licensure exam, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Choosing to blend her nursing skills with a unique setting, Joanne opted to work as a Company Nurse, simultaneously immersing herself in the dynamic world of Car Insurance.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and growth, Joanne sought opportunities to expand her knowledge and contribute to the community. Eager to broaden her horizons, she joined the Rotary Club with a dual purpose – to make a positive impact through simple yet meaningful acts of service and to learn from seasoned professionals in the medical field who are part of this esteemed organization.

Acknowledging her novice status in the nursing profession, Joanne approaches her work with enthusiasm and a hunger for knowledge. Her eagerness to explore diverse aspects of healthcare reflects her commitment to personal and professional development. Despite being at the beginning of her journey, Joanne's dedication to the well-being of others and her desire to contribute to the community make her a valuable asset to any team.

Thrilled to be part of the Rotary community, Joanne looks forward to leveraging her skills and learning from experienced individuals who share her passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others. In the vibrant and supportive environment of the Rotary Club, Joanne finds inspiration to continue her journey of growth and service.
